We are a startup designing and building bespoke prefab dwellings. We operate in two markets: USA/Canada and Goa, India. We are looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Manager in India to join our team.

At Elemental Studio (www.elemental.studio) we design and build bespoke cabins and studios for customers to work, play, and generate rental income from. We design with a core focus on regenerative, decarbonizing buildings. Our big dream is to fabricate living, biodegradable spaces.

YOUR ROLE

Digital Marketing Manager will use various channels to reach customers, build brand awareness and promote our dwellings. You'll wear many hats, making you a creative strategist who can also execute consistently on our marketing and sales efforts. You'll manage various channels like social media, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a cohesive message to our audience with a goal of converting leads into paying clients.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing. You should have familiarly with:
   - Lead nurturing, scheduled email follow-ups, and conversion tracking
   - Campaign emails
   - CRM lead management (we use Pipedrive)
   - Drip email campaigns
   - Social media leads generation
   - Launch of advertising campaigns on Google and Instagram
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence with daily activity 
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns with analytics to hit stated engagement, revenue, and ROI goals
4. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
5. Design digital content for your marketing campaigns: graphics, stories, reels, email copy, website copy
6. Codify a unified web/social/email strategy
7. Plan, execute, and measure A/B experiments
8. Prospective client communication
9. Support on PR campaigns, product releases, and key sales channel partnerships (all digital marketing related)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. You care about what Elemental does
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
3. Excellent copy and email communication chops
4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, or A/B testing
6. Comfortable with tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zapier, Typeform, Pipedrive, Coda, Drip, Reply.IO, Mailchimp, Asana, or others)
7. Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

At Elemental Studio (www.elemental.studio) we design and build bespoke cabins and studios for customers to work, play, and generate rental income from. We design with a core focus on regenerative, decarbonizing buildings. Our big dream is to fabricate living, biodegradable spaces.

YOUR ROLE

1. Work with our founders to manage release of new dwelling products to the public
2. Design + Modeling in CAD / Revit: design development, architectural modeling, production of working drawings
3. Producing detailed prefab documentation on connections, assembly, and more
4. Supporting clients by answering technical questions and producing design proposals for their unique customizations and site conditions
5. Creation of renderings (optional, but nice to have)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (or a self-taught genius)

• 1-3 years of architectural experience

• Proficiency and experience with Revit or other BIM and CAD tools

• You have a portfolio of conceptual projects that’s exciting and impressive

YOUR ROLE

Business Operations Lead responsibilities include:

Procurement

1. Research into best materials and elements for our builds (both structural and interior finishes)
2. Growing our supplier and distributor network
3. Supplier relations, including purchasing and scheduling deliveries

Business Intelligence

1. Organize data on vendors, material library, and pricing of builds
2. Competitive market research on other prefab companies
3. Documenting builds, lessons learned, and more

Customer Success

1. Perform research into local building codes for clients
2. Keeping customers updated via our Project Management system on the progress of their builds

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. You are attracted to the posting because of regenerative, nature-first design principles
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
3. Familiarity with the language around architecture and construction
4. You have a portfolio of past work that's exciting and impressive
5. You are available starting immediately for at least 20 hours/week
